Pay is low compared to my peers at other companies
Graduate, Hamilton - 16 Sep 2024
It is enough, although I would think they give more considering the fast pace environment we are working in
Graduate, Wellington - 03 Sep 2024
Average, but know it is better than at one of the other big 4.
Graduate, Christchurch - 03 Sep 2024
Unsure how bonus work, pay is av
Graduate, Auckland - 02 Sep 2024
Pay is average to start, however clear opportunities for pay rises available. Unfamiliar with bonus system as of now.
Graduate, Christchurch - 02 Sep 2024
The pay is "standard" in relation to the industry. But there are no bonuses or financial incentives.

Pretty good, not sure about at the higher levels but few companies would offer more for grads

Graduate, Wellington - 09 Aug 2021
Bonuses seem to be paid more based on team performance rather than individual performance. I have not yet received a bonus, but am aware that other graduates received bonuses based on team performance.
Graduate, Christchurch - 09 Aug 2021
It is good, slow start but the jumps in between are substantial
Graduate, Auckland - 09 Aug 2021

Midlevel, Hamilton - 09 Aug 2021
I understand we are training, but as soon as people at my level work a few hours of overtime we risk falling below minimum wage. For a job that requires a university degree, that seems ridiculous.
Graduate, Wellington - 09 Aug 2021
Compared to other jobs in the field - the pay is slightly lower. However, we do get extra bonuses and my studies are paid for by the firm which adds up. The work environment is good so the pay is not a huge concern for me.
Graduate, Rotorua - 09 Aug 2021
Pay isn't good compared to over grad level jobs in finance.
Graduate, Auckland - 09 Aug 2021
The pay is low and we sometimes go below minimum with the hours worked
