We have recycling/ organic matter bins everywhere, people are encouraged to use containers, reusable coffee cups etc.

Think a lot of the talk around this is for attention grabbing - doesn't seem to be reflected in action. E.G. It would be awesome for the free carpark benefit to be replaced with a free bus-card bonus. Also having plant based milks available in the fridge rather than just cows milk.

They definitely try - far less travel now that zoom is available and sort all their rubbish etc.

The firm has just rolled back their carpark benefit to try so as not to incentivise car use, which is a good move. However, there is still extensive air travel for client work which isn't always necessary for good client delivery.
