Application Process & Interviews at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group

I had 2 interviews with 2 people, both of which were different each interview. Then I had an unofficial walk around the office in my third visit.

Interview process is not lengthy like a lot of the companies are. Only some technical/ creative roles require skill assessment

I had five interviews for my job, including phone, skype, face-to-face interviews where I got to meet different members of the team.

The interview process was fairly relaxed with simple questions and good descriptions of requirements and workload

I was asked of what roles I had in previous experiences, how I dealt with clients and how I would build a relationship with them, in summary.

I was asked a lot of questions about my experience with scheduling, time management, and people management. They also wanted to make sure that I was a good fit for the team that I would be entering and arranged time for me to sit down and chat with various people.

Some were personal/behavioural questions, and then some technical, job-specific questions.

Relevant work experience with some about my hobbies and personal life as a get to know you icebreaker.

Broadly around if I had the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Be honest, show you are a good person and a hard worker and you will be fine!

Just be you. Your personality and attitude are far more important than what you know.

Research the company, its 100-year history is quite broad scale across the entirety of cinema. Be honest about what you know and ask if there is anything you don't know.

Have demonstrated experience of work in any related media field.
