The Downer Graduate Programme is part of a pathway which supports you through the first five years of your professional career.

Within a graduate role at Downer, you have the opportunity to learn how to manage contracts, programmes, manage risk and budgets, supervise civil works / road maintenance and design. You'll develop core competencies across the areas of people management, delegation, negotiation, time management and presentation skills – and that's just the start of it!

You must be a New Zealand Citizen or have Permanent Residency to be eligible for this role. You must also be in your final year of study ready to commence employment in early 2025.
