What did you study? When did you graduate?

I studied at Swinburne University studying a Double Degree in Business and Business information Systems, majoring in Business Management and Data Analytics. I graduated in December of 2023.

What advice would you give to someone who is thinking about applying for the DXC Graduate Program?

I would recommend applying to the DXC Graduate program if you have an interest in the tech industry. My experience with the program has provided me with a comprehensive view of the business from various perspectives and insight into the work conducted across multiple industries. Throughout this journey, the graduate team has been exceptionally supportive, ensuring a smooth transition into the new professional environment.

What sort of support are you provided at DXC?

DXC offers a strong support system, with team members and managers always ready to assist and collaborate. Even colleagues outside my immediate team are willing to provide guidance, and the continuous support from the graduate program team has been immensely appreciated.

What are the best perks or benefits at DXC?

For me, the two most significant benefits of working at DXC are the flexibility of working from home and the outstanding environment and culture at the Collins Street branch. This positive atmosphere has been cultivated not only among graduates over the years but also across all employees in the building, making each day at the Collins Street Branch enjoyable.
