Diversity at DXC Technology

7.7
7.7 rating for Diversity, based on 35 reviews
Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
Lots of flexibility with regard to work hours, I cant really comment on the hiring process on diversity. I will however comment that DXC seems to acknowledge that neurodivergent people have a harder time getting and keeping jobs, which is true. They also ensure to provide support in this area. I have had several jobs, mostly highly skilled, however some places have less of a focus on being accepting in this area. This has lead me to the right organisations over time however, one with the right culture, which DXC certainly has.

DXC appears to be a diverse company, however I have definitely noticed that the portfolio that I am a part of is predominantly men. As I am young, I do not know much about the child care or parental leave options available to DXC employees.

I think there is good diversity at DXC, though I can't speak to child care, maternity leave, etc.

It seems to be a diverse company to me. The company has ethnic diversity, although it could be greater, and it has a strong program for women in leadership. I have not seen any examples in the workplace of any discrimination.
