Management at DXC Technology

Managers have regular check-ins and make sure I am feeling alright and am working alright with the account I am in. Overall, very positive.

I really like my managers, she points out all of the opportunities that sounds like it might be something I'm interested in, check in with the work load and help me work towards my goals I have in my work and my career.

Very accessible, very supportive and very trusting us to do the right thing and be where we need to be. Very satisfied.

Great performance feedback

Managers are always open to discuss things with you and they are very good mentors that support all the graduates. The feedback/praise and recognition that we receive is incredible and very valuable

Regular mentoring sessions, and meetings to develop career progression strategy. Always open to talk.

Transitions are in place (i.e. UXC acquisition), things are overloaded and communications are getting slow.

Personally my mentor is excellent, and I communicate and get along with them very well. The other mentors that I have had have also been excellent.
