What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Very good pay, no comments on bonuses.

It's not the best graduate position financially but it's not the worse either.

I'm pretty happy with it. Again, I focus more on the right environment then money as I figure money doesn't solve everything. Also, if I prove myself the rest will figure itself out once I can undertake more responsibilities.

At DXC, pay seems to be very average when compared to the market (unless you are a contractor). As graduates, we are currently being paid quite averagely when compared to the market, however this is due to increase next year which is good. From what I have seen, DXC does not offer money bonuses, however we do have access to a system called DXC rewards, which is where we are rewarded with points and we can then redeem these for gift cards and other various items.

Pay doesn't seem to reflect the industry and the work we do. Seems that pay rises are not common either.

The pay for Graduates from the February 2023 intake was low in my opinion. We are getting a guaranteed increase soon which is a start, but it still seems low.

The salary is generous in my opinion. Bonuses are rewarded to sales teams based on performance, which seems reasonable.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Social club allowing more interaction with co-workers outside of a working environment with subsidies on the activities so more inclined to participate.

There are a lot of different discounts you can get here from the rewards section of the company. Just basic leave and I don't really know about the private health insurance.

Free parking, nice office, Udemy courses.

I believe DXC has some benefits with Bupa for cheaper private health care, however I am already with Bupa on a family program so this does not apply to me. Other than this, I am not too sure of any other good benefits that come from being employed by DXC.

Not many additional perks that I can think of, particularly now that the recognition program has been paused.
