How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
My schedule for coming into the office is quite flexible, and I haven't been assigned to a specific day to be there. Typically, I come in 2-3 times a week and alternate which office I visit. All the grads come in on the same day and get lunch together.

Consistent work hours, but can be flexible depending on the completion of work during the day.

Love working from the office so I'm working there almost every day but my manager lets me work from home if something comes up.

I'm usually in standard business hours

We are currently in 3-4 days a week, but I would prefer to be in every 2-3 days as it is a bit expensive. The company is flexible enough with working hours, however the department that I am in is not as flexible.

My work hours have always been one day a week on client site, which has been great because that is the team i primarily work with. At DXC it is now 2 days a week compulsory. It is okay but the office vibe is much quieter and none of my team are in the office.

Previously DXC adopted more of a 'virtual first' approach, where people were encouraged to come into the office, but it was not mandated. In previous weeks, they have mandated that employees return to the office at least 2 days per week.

DXC does have a flexible work policy. I come into the office 4 days a week around 9-5, however this can vary during peak periods. I also work from home once a week so it's a good balance.

The working hours are the normal hours you'd expect - and DXC is flexible when it comes to hours. If you work additional hours on a particular day then you can take that time off in lieu at another time.

Long hours when working on major or critical projects

Have control over own schedule, 7.5 hours/day.

I usually work around 7.5-8 hour per day (excluding lunch) but this fluctuates based on how busy a bid is. The company is very flexible, you just need to ensure that you meet your responsibilities and the contracted hours per week.
