As an AP intern, I was tasked to handle purchase orders and inventory. I would say that this is the right amount of focality that the team could give an intern. However, other daily tasks makes it difficult to keep up with everything.

I work with country teams and help them launch and strategize D2C email marketing campaigns. I do analysis on these campaigns to further improve our engagement with leads and customers. It provides a lot of dynamic and collaboration to my daily work which I enjoy. It also encourages me to think more analytically in a structured manner .

My main responsibilities cover global employer branding topics (social media, recruiting communication materials, external partnerships), the employee referral program, and recruiting for intern or junior positions.
