First team lead was hands-on to me and made sure I was aligned with the company's culture. Second team lead barely mentored me. Would be better if they have proper handover of responsibilities should team leads change abruptly.

No! I was with my first manager then he resigned. The one who replaced him I felt was not as good as the first since he was teaching us processes which were not correct. Details to put and handling of situations

Yes even if my manager is in another content she still makes time to have weekly 1 on 1 sessions for alignment and check up. We have a group chat which functions well with daily communication.

They're very approachable and very open to feedback especially with the way we do meetings, workflow, etc.

My team lead is probably one of the best managers I've had, if not the best. He is very considerate and engaging, especially to new members getting into the team. He is also patient and willing to teach some tips and how different processes work within the company.
