The maternity leave policy is amazing

They make sure to promote diversity, equity and inclusion both in the workplace and also in enrollment processes.

The workplace is very diverse full of people of all sorts of ethnicities, sexualities, etc.

There is a diversity equity and inclusion group which regularly present at meeting, send emails and run campaigns.

There are lots of D&I initiatives to help assist diversity in the workplace.

They have a very extensive parental (maternity) leave policy. The diversity is shown through the people here. Not sure on exact retention and recruitment policies.

There are a lot of emails about diversity however, it's not very clear what is actually being done. It is evident that women on maternity leave are treated well but this is for higher ranking staff such as managers. Not sure how it would be handled for lower ranking staff.
