Management are 10/10. They are very supportive, offer great feedback and always have your interests front of mind.

Very flat structure and have been given a lot of responsibility and trust right from day one.

They work closely with the consultants and are good at giving constructive feedback. We also have and applause system where managers can nominate consultants for a good job on a project - depending on the level of the award the consultant will receive a gift voucher of their choosing for either $50, $100, or $150.

Our team is flat, with people genuinely passionate about the work they do.

All the managers are very approachable

I have direct communication with my managers and senior managers. Occasionally, when partners are not busy, we are able to work with them too. I believe they all sufficiently provide feedback and praise - which is great!
