What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Fairly satisfied, I heard that we are below industry average which im not sure if it is true or not, but Im happy
Graduate, Auckland - 09 Sep 2024
Pay could be a little higher for the work we have to do and hours we have to work.
Graduate, Wellington - 06 Sep 2024
Great for graduates
Graduate, Wellington - 06 Sep 2024
Very rewarding and quite good pay for first time/long-term employment.
Graduate, Wellington - 06 Sep 2024
Could me more competitive. Other companies are paying more for the same roles. Our salaries going from Graduate to Consultant remained the same despite increased inflation and cost of living.
Graduate, Wellington - 30 Aug 2024
Bonuses are non-existent. Pay feels far too little for the work we do, and no remuneration for the additional hours which we work (i.e., I frequently find myself below minimum wage). Very big culture of not recording hours in excess of 37.5 hours each week, and I fear repercussions if I did so.
Graduate, Auckland - 30 Aug 2024
I think they do a great job. I have worked a lot harder for a lot less elsewhere and the work is now super difficult.
Consultant, Auckland - 30 Aug 2024
The bonusses are good, I guess just in comparison to other roles the pay is a little less, but still grateful to have a job during this tricky time in the NZ economy.
Consultant, Wellington - 30 Aug 2024
Insufficient for hours worked.
Graduate, Auckland - 27 Aug 2024
Its an average salary for someone who is just entering the work force. However the pay increase are not as ideal as I would hope for.
Graduate, Wellington - 26 Aug 2024
Can be higher.
Graduate, Auckland - 23 Aug 2024
Not really any bonuses and think we are average if not behind the mark in terms of pay.
Graduate, Auckland - 20 Aug 2024
On the low end
Midlevel, Auckland - 21 Dec 2021
The current market is quite competitive and I think there are more ways for the company to align to those standards
Midlevel, Auckland - 21 Dec 2021
Below market rate. I could get paid more to go elsewhere, I stay for the opportunities.
Graduate, Wellington - 21 Dec 2021
Pay is fair and some service lines offer bonuses to grads / consultants.
Midlevel, Auckland - 21 Dec 2021
Pay is very low compared to other entry level corporate jobs. We don't get bonuses. Pay is also very low for the amount of time and effort we put in.
Graduate, Wellington - 21 Dec 2021
I know for a remuneration consultant I'm paid well below the market and also well below the market for business/finance graduates (by virtue of having access to market remuneration information as part of my role). Sometimes we receive bonuses at around Christmas time but there is no incentive scheme for consultants or senior consultants.
Graduate, Auckland - 29 Nov 2021
Our team ensures we're properly remunerated and fights for us.
Graduate, Auckland - 20 Sep 2021
Far too low for graduates, resulting in high attrition of good people and general demotivation.
Graduate, Whakatane - 14 Jul 2019

We have a rewards system where if you think someone has done a great job you can nominate them for points which correlate to NZD. Have earnt a few hundred points so far. There is also ability to apply for flexi work arrangements i.e. some people don't work between 2-4 and then work later so they can pick up kids from school etc.
