Your role 
Dive into the world of data with FDM. Whether you're navigating data extraction with SQL or creating dynamic visualisations and dashboards, you'll gain expertise across a broad spectrum of technical areas. Our coaching covers business intelligence essentials, including diverse data modelling, warehousing and transforming large unstructured datasets into valuable insights.

Explore diverse roles 
On client assignments, you'll develop the skills and tools to forecast, analyse and harness data. Learn the fundamentals of business intelligence, data engineering and machine learning in a hands-on environment.

About this role 
We welcome candidates from all degree backgrounds - no STEM experience is required! Show us your passion for tech and we'll equip you with the skills for success. 

As an FDM Consultant in our Data & Analytics Practice, you'll start with 6-weeks of upskilling to build core capabilities. You'll then continue to develop key skills through practice-based learning tailored to client needs. 

Engage in various sprints within FDM's Skill Lab, where you'll gain hands-on experience in real-world scenarios. Prepare for roles such as BI Developer, RPA Developer, Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Analyst, with continuous upskilling and career development opportunities.

About you

  • You hold a university degree level (bachelor's or higher)      
  • Able to commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate program
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with great interpersonal and communication skills   
  • Determination and drive – this means going the extra mile to succeed as an IT Consultant   
  • Eligibility to work in Australia  
    We require our consultants to attend the office for client assignments when required. Currently, most client assignments have hybrid working arrangements with between 3-5 days a week in the office with the remainder from home, depending on the client.
