Our A/NZ HR team is growing, and we are on the hunt for an admin superstar or HR Graduate with a passion for people and providing high-quality and accurate administrative support. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR function through process improvement, stakeholder management, and a keenness to help people.
In this role, you will work closely with the Talent team and internal managers to provide a smooth onboarding experience for all new FNZers and will be responsible for ensuring all employee records and compliance are kept up to date. Youโll have the opportunity to grow your knowledge of immigration and general HR legislation, and start to build a solid foundation for a successful career in HR.
What your day will look like:
Preparation of a high volume of offer letters and employment agreements, as well as guiding new joiners through the onboarding and offboarding process (Induction, Exit Interviews etc.)
Ensuring all new starter and leaver tickets are logged to help notify IT Desktop of changes
Log and monitor employee background checks in a timely manner (via First Advantage) for upcoming new starters
Ownership of the HR mailbox, responding to a range of queries and providing advice where necessary
Managing the upkeep of Workday (HRIS) with new starters, leavers, job changes, pay uplifts, reporting line changes, employee info
Supporting visa advertising requirements with the support of our Immigration Consultants
Producing high-quality, accurate data and reports on core HR processes as required
What will you bring to the role?
A desire to begin a fulfilling career in the Human Resources space and a keenness to connect with FNZers, old and new, and build long-lasting relationships
The ability to take initiative and provide timely support to internal and external stakeholders
Youโll be organised, proactive, be able to hand high volumes of requests
Strong Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
Youโll have a collaborative, supportive approach and the ability quickly develop trust with our stakeholders.
Being experienced in implementing new systems and continuously improving internal processes would be desirable
