Great people. No notes

As for culture in office, people are friendly, approachable, and caring. We have our own lecturer and buddy to answer questions and stand by.
After work, we have lots of different culture clubs.

Easy to socialize with co workers.
There are Thursday lunches and occasional Friday drinks to celebrate and foster team bonding

Great culture, friendly and social people. Lots of teamwork.

The culture in office is pretty great where people are comfortable to be themselves and balance that side with also getting plenty of work done. My managers are all in different offices which is a unique feeling as the communication is mostly over teams.
As a graduate most of my communication both social and cooperative are with the other graduates who sit next to me and there is a healthy mix of both which leads to a great atmosphere and any feelings of stress can be lightened by having people to talk to in the same spot

Everyone treats each other with respect and acknowledges that they can still learn from one another regardless of seniority and experience. The office is always lively and events are fun and chill.

The grad cohort gets along pretty well.

The culture is what makes FNZ. In the office people are busy and focused, but always open to a chat or a game of table tennis to keep refreshed. We are being pushed to adopt a team mindset so we are not being looked at as individuals but more like a team when things go well, or don't go so well.

Colleagues are friendly and nice. Have monthly activities onsite or outside. Nice culture and I enjoy it very much

The staff I worked with directly were fantastic. The senior management was awful. Kim Armstrong and Sam Greenhill are both exceptional managers.

Thursday team lunch, meet some new people and some other activities.

One of the employees sounds terrifying. That's not ideal. Everyone else seems super cool.

We have different festival events, and welcome events for the grads. Feel like it is a very good chance to say hello to everyone and know more people.
Graduate, Auckland - 25 Oct 2023
The social culture of the office is great. We've got an amazing culture club that organizes some great events, and everyone is super friendly. There's often drinks or a few games of ping pong after work on a friday. However in terms of the company the culture around work can be a bit toxic, with there being a lot of pressure to regularly work beyond your hours and do more than your role expects
Graduate, Wellington - 25 Oct 2023
Culture in office is outstanding and exactly matches my expectations of professional office on year 2023. Everyone is very professional, friendly and inclusive. After hours drinks and food are common, and I have received a lot of invitations to such activities as a newcomer. Hierarchy is simple: my peers-line manager-head of solutions centre - CTO
Graduate, Auckland - 25 Oct 2023
Too much pressure within projects for me. People are expected to do overtime too often. Projects should be better planned to add leeway for unexpected problems.
Graduate, Wellington - 24 Oct 2023
Everyone is very cooperative. Social events every couple of weeks. Sports every week.
Graduate, Wellington - 24 Oct 2023
Super great culture in terms of the NZ offices socially speaking and in cooperation. However, the culture of high workload and overtime isn't necessarily for everyone.

Coworkers are great, nothing but good things to say about them. Generally a highly intelligent and capable bunch, happy to support others when they can with various issues; good team. Not a lot of after hours activities (which is fine), company itself fairly regularly runs cultural events to get people together for a morning tea or something in office which is nice. Fairly well defined hierarchy, which has both pros and cons.

There is an excellent social culture
