Very easy to access managers. Easy to talk to and give lots of recognition.

My Line manager was really helpful and caring, I really appreciated her help along the way.

Great people, very accessible and responsive. Will support us as needed.

My managers are always very available to help in any way possible and I have had no bad experiences so far. The only reason I don't have the rating higher is that all my managers are in different offices so my communication with them is limited to online methods

My direct managers and Josh Saunders have been great but above them I'd say they're average at best

Managers are extremely good at FNZ, and are always friendly and supportive of your career. They help you when no one else can.

My managers have been amazing. They are very easy to talk to, always able to help with whatever I need, and are very personal with their feedback.

Mangers are good and easy to approach to talk with. They can help to deal with most of the trouble and difficulties

This is mixed on a manager to manager basis. Kim Armstrong and Sam Greenhill are both unimpeachable. Very accessible, friendly, and willing to help. They're both great mentors, and are willing to have productive and respectful conversations about your goals and your work. If every manager at FNZ was as good as these two this would be the easiest ever 10/10.

My direct manager is fantastic.

My current line manager has been amazing, and very good at communicating things to us all. I have had some delivery managers that haven't been as good at communicating and haven't provided much support or feedback though, so I had to be very proactive with chasing them down to get even the basics of my work done. But other delivery managers I've had have been great. The main downfall is the feedback side, as delivery managers are often really busy and don't priorities feedback so usually you'll just hear when you've messed up but if you hear nothing you're doing fine. They've slowly got better at pointing out when you've done a good job on a particular work item though

Seems solid, haven't had much contact with them yet. Kim Armstrong is exceptional.

Always can contact our managers in person or teams/email. They are good mentors and giving us constant feedback and updates regarding our journey in FNZ

Management is pretty good, at least at the local level. The managers I've interacted with have been approachable, aren't inclined to micromanage, and do a pretty good job of communicating what work needs to get done. Some have been a little hard to get feedback from though.

Managers often do not reply when messaging them. They do not do any mentoring. Performance feedback/praise and recognition comes in the form of the occasional "good job" comment, which is useless.

Happy current manager. Puts lots of effort into looking after everyone and making sure we have what we need.

I work on a EU project so I would say that my DM can be a little inaccessible just because of the timezone difference. However, when I've needed something from them it generally goes fine (just a little delayed). In terms of general information my DM seems pretty good at posting stuff in the teams channel so that we know what's going on. My line manager is good, haven't had any issues. Timely responses and we have catch ups once a month.

My manager, I think, is the best manager in the world. She is easy to reach and i think the most important thing is she listen really well. She also give really good feedback and suggestion to improve. I am super satisfied with my manager here in FNZ
