Very good pay for a grad role

For a new graduate I am very satisfied with the pay and the bonuses being added is the cherry on top. With overtime as well there is potential to earn even more

The pay is about average, however there are plenty of opportunities to work overtime to get more pay and reach bonuses.

The pay and bonuses have been great. I feel like I am being paid a fair amount for the work I do. As we have transitioned to becoming full-fledged developers instead of graduates anymore we were expecting a pay raise with the title change but realized that FNZ goes global pay adjustments twice a year which is time we 'should' have been paid more but aren't.

The pay is not very competitive at FNZ. This is one of the reasons I'm leaving. We had a good one off bonus when we joined, but these have been limited since then.

I'd like bonuses to be build into the contract more strongly. Not sure they materialise as often as they should considering the work people put in.

Incentives have been promised for working overtime during busy periods, but they have never been paid out (some are still waiting since March for their incentive pay)

The salary is more than what I thought I'd earn in a grad role, although I know it's lower than most places for a regular dev or tester. But they offer paid overtime work which (although working OT can suck) has been great. They've also given out some good bonuses to their graduates.

Solid bonuses, 1.5x overtime, and I hear they've added a sign-on bonus. Definitely doing well in this space.

I worry that the salary review will be disappointing.

In terms of base pay, it's a little underwhelming for the skill bracket sought (although still not bad for a grad). I was offered a non-negligible amount more elsewhere prior to working at FNZ, so not too impressed. 70K is certainly still not shabby, especially not for upcoming cohorts (as I believe a significant sign-on bonus has been added to the compensation package), but not too impressed with base pay, given the high skill level FNZ is seeking and the high pressure environment we work in. That said, I am much more positive on their compensation outside base pay. Overtime and incentives are quite generous (although the latter is very slow to pay out). Bonuses aren't bad either. Overall, giving it a 6 as a slight approval. It's alright.

Southern cross insurance is incredibly good, they purchase the best plan.

A great perk is the health insurance, however, I am unable to use 95% of it in reality. Fingers crossed I don't need to use it but it is great to have. We have private work functions once every one to two months as well as morning teas for specific days or events which are always fun to go to.

There are quite a few nice perks. They're quite flexible with hours, they offer some top of the line health insurance (which is of course the top concern for graduates in their early 20s in a country with universal healthcare, but hey, free glasses and cheap dentistry is a nice perk), they buy people dinner if they're staying late enough, you can work remotely two days a week (not at the start of the grad program, but towards the end) and they offer a few extra days of leave after you've been with them for a while. Obviously, perks can change, don't take it as a given that all of these will necessarily apply, but can at least say the ones they currently have are pretty great.

Free overtime dinner is pretty good. The 20 days leave per year is really good. 2 WFH days is good. There are other benefits as well but I don't think I make much use of them. I have the private health insurance but I'm not really sure what I would use it for. I'm a young guy so not super useful. I think you can pay for dentists with it though which would be good.
