On our programme, you will have the opportunity to work in TechOps – Operations, TechOps – Design and Enable, various Value Streams and PMO.
Over the two years, you will work in cross-functional project teams working with different departments within the entire Frucor Suntory business. Along with exposure to leaders spending a week shadowing the Heads of Departments to see our leadership in action.

You’ll need to be completing your undergraduate qualification in 2022 to start in January 2023 and you’ll also need to be a New Zealand citizen or hold a New Zealand work visa to be eligible.
We’ll be holding our Discovery Centre this year in person at our Manukau office. As this is a critical part of the Graduate program recruitment process, you will need to be available to attend on this day.

I have a lot of responsibility which is good as it shows I am trusted amongst my peers
I have been given many different responsibilities throughout rotations in raw materials, product development and science and regulatory affairs. Although I have worked on smaller improvement jobs I would love to continue to make my mark and for the company to benefit from my input
My day to day responsibilities include product tasting, sensory training, product development project work, consumer research, GMP audits and process improvement (to name a few). No two days are the same.
