Career Prospects at Suntory Oceania

Graduate program - not a lot of growth in terms of career/promotion but builds the foundation for accelerated growth when you leave the program

Career progression opportunities are definitely prevelant and I admire the focus that Suntory Oceania puts on driving hiring internally

There is a big focus on individual career development.

Given quite a clear idea of what my progression possibilities look like over the next few years.

If you are clear with your manager about how you would like to progress you career, they will make sure you are able to meet your career goals.

Great talent recognition program that works to identify and train talent to progress in to both internal and international roles.

There is very little direction on future possibilities, and I haven't been given any assurances of a position with the company following the graduate program.
