I have learnt a lot about manufacturing and FMCG - this industry has a lot happening so lots to learn. Many layers to Supply chain so always something to learn. Each rotation has something different to offer

The MySU trainings are helpful and training through work colleagues has been great. However, I think there could be a clearer list of trainings that need to be completed and how they relate to the work you will be completing

Thorough induction process involving lots of training courses that are completed when joining the company. Further development courses surrounding personal skills, learning programs, understanding and implementing company values, are available as graduates make their way through their rotations.

Training and development is a strong focus, and we are provided with plenty of training opportunities. We can also initiate these ourselves if we feel we have gaps in knowledge.

There are a variety of different training and development programmes that you can sign up for. If you want to learn new skills, there's often an opportunity if you speak up.

There is a monthly meeting to update us on the world economies status, but other than that there isn't much. There are tons for informal training, like excel training, and job training.

The online training portal is awesome

Very good, training workshops are helpful and cover everything I need to do. Picked up lots of skills in Excel.

The R&D training is very well structured and you learn lots on the job. There is also a formal online " Suntory University" where you can take development courses for free.

Frucor has MySU which is a great platform for personal development. I've learnt leadership and presenting skills. You also learn a lot on the job as people are always willing to help

All employees are encouraged to undertake trainings regardless of position and we have a great learning platform where this can be performed any time, any day.

I feel well trained in the work that I'm completing, because I have to be in order to do it, but I feel there is a lack of wider training/skill development.
