As the graduate, you will support our Portfolios including Cloud & Hybrid IT, Digital Workplace Services, Data & Applications, Data Centres, Emerging Technologies, Security and Products team. You will consult and support client engagements, under the guidance of the portfolio manager. You will also learn to develop tactics to enable business-wide engagements in a technology innovation agenda.
You will be given training on chosen technologies and be working closely with Portfolio Managers on go-to-market offerings. You will also learn to understand new technology analysis and evaluate the viability of new products and offerings, define requirements, descriptions and collateral, and support offering lifecycle management, sales and marketing.
As part of the program starting March 2023, you will have varied experiences across a broad field to enable you to develop:
- An understanding of how Fujitsu operates
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Understanding our human resources strategy
- Technical analytical and critical thinking
- Understanding of Fujitsu’s offerings
- Understanding of the importance of Business Relationships (internal and external)
- IT best practices and understanding of leading digital technologies
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills in the context of a global corporate organisation
- Business analysis and presentation skills
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for graduates who;
- Have (in the last 2 years) or is about to complete a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with majors including Commerce, Business, Computer Science, Security, Cloud, IT, Engineering and Analytics;
- Achievement oriented with a strong desire to succeed in their chosen career;
- Interest in Innovation and Digital technologies;
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally;
- Self-directed and proactive in self-motivated learning;
- Enthusiasm and a positive mindset;
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines;
- Committed to working as part of a team.
This position will be located in Wellington CBD, New Zealand. Candidates must have New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency to apply.

My manager has always been super accessible and supportive throughout my journey here at Fujitsu.
The dress code is super relaxed, it is very much corporate casual with being able to wear jeans and nice trainers to the office.
Cons
Pay is low compared to other grad programs.
There was a period of time when there was essentially no grad manager, so there was a lack of support.
Although I do love the flexibility of working from home, I do find it quite isolating.
Less office desks in the Sydney office.
It is unfair for some grads to be left with little to no work when placed in a team that also does not have much going on.
