What you will be doing

Our Graduate Program has a unique opportunity for Graduates to join our Hosting & Cloud team within Hybrid IT as a Technical Services Engineer Graduate. You will be a key supporter and contributor to digital services delivered to clients. The Graduate opportunities within Hosting & Cloud will focus on building skills, knowledge and experience aligned to areas of growth with Multi Cloud. In the role, Graduates will also exposure across the broader organisation to provide for a more complete learning path throughout the Graduate period. As part of the 12 month program, you will have varied experiences across a broad field to enable you to develop:

• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Technical Analytical and critical thinking
• Understanding of IT operational practices, such as ITIL
• IT best practice and understanding of leading digital technologies
• Experience working in a multi-client organisation and IT best practices
• Monitoring and Reporting
• Understanding Fujitsu’s offerings

Related disciplines to this role may include Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Automation and AI relating to ICT Infrastructure and Engineering. Microsoft Certifications in AZ-900 and/or AZ-109 are also preferable, but not essential to this role.

• Panel Interviews: 3 – 11 October 2024
• Final Interviews: 14 – 25 October 2024

Recruitment Process

• Step One: Online Application 
  This is an opportunity to stand out and detail who you are, your studies, skills, and experiences. To avoid delays, don’t leave your application until the last minute!
• Step Two: Aptitude Testing 
  You will be required to complete a timed online aptitude test which is used to measure mental reasoning ability.
• Step Three: Panel Interview
  Successful applicants will be invited to attend a panel interview where you will meet with a diverse group from Fujitsu. A great opportunity to ask any questions and find out about their experiences.
• Step Four: Final Interview
  You will meet with hiring managers for your graduate role. The purpose of this meeting is to get to know you better, we encourage you to share your education, relevant experience and interest in role and Fujitsu.
