I would say the company is pretty strong on its DE&I, being part of the women, ethnic minority, LGBT and disability community I have been quite comfortable in the company.

I feel as though they are trying to push to hire more women however in the IT space this is difficult. However, they do show respect towards minority groups with Fujitsu really involved in the LGBTIQA+ space

There are working groups but they are the only people who care. People who are not involved leave hate comments in the surveys from working groups sometimes.

As I am a practicing Muslim that wears the hijab, I did not face any discrimination during the recruitment process.
Fujitsu provide a large range of support groups and offers avenues outside of work to get support and help. There are a large range of leaves to support maternity, sick, personal, annual and even volunteering leave
It's got a lot of diversity in some divisions but not all. There is still an issue with acceptance of different diversity in the broader business.
The company is committed to respecting diversity across all aspects of the business

Very Good. We have a reconciliation action plan, diversity program with groups that focus on, Gender, Generational (youth), LGBT, culture and reconciliation.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
Fujitsu run multiple events throughout the year in different locations to attract applicants, they also place job positions on numerous sites to attract people as well.
They ensure that people can access resources if they have limited resources.
The graduate program does not have an initial screening process and all applicants are welcome regardless of demographic or social status
