Salary at Fujitsu

The pay is below market. We did get a slight increase after we passed probation...so I guess that makes up for a bit of it.

Grads all got a pay rise at the 6-month mark which was a nice little surprise. I feel as though the pay could be better.

Compared to the market it is on the lower end

It's already very low and super is included in it!

I haven't been working for too long so I don't know how pay or bonuses work. I have been given the Fujitsu Star Awards which gives about $150 per award.

If you're at a mid to senior level, you are allocated a bonus based on your performance.

Pay is fair and they are always willing to listen to requests for a pay rise when their are facts and figures to back this up

Our graduate salary meets market rate. My role doesn't receive bonuses. The salary I am moving to off the graduate program is in line with market rate and a significant increase from graduate salary which is fantastic and makes me feel valued.
