Culture seems to differ between practice groups. Some teams have a very social and friendly environment, whereas others, whilst friendly, may not be as social. There is a hierarchy in each team, however again, feeling as though you are at the bottom of the hierarchy is more apparent is some teams than others. Cooperation and teamwork is at the core of most teams - very supportive and never feel as though you are working alone.

Culture can vary from team to team, with some teams being highly social and others more withdrawn. Personalities can vary from bubbly and open to chats, to stressed and a bit grating. There is a hierarchy when it comes to work, but generally across teams in a social setting there is no hierarchy, cliques, or exclusion. Cooperation and teamwork is very prominent.

Very flat structure. Partners' doors are always open and mentoring from SA's has been exceptional. Quite a social firm too which has been great.

Depends on the team you are in regarding the culture. Some teams have a great culture and socialise often however others do not.
