Limited female partnership in most teams, however a few teams have a 40/60 male to female partner ratio. Not sure that the firm focuses on ethnic minorities; however, LGBT community is celebrated and encouraged.

While there is still gender inequality at the partner level, the firm is taking steps to improve diversity. Hiring more women, starting working groups focusing on gender, LGBTQIA+, and carer responsibilities. We recently introduced an industry-leading parental leave policy.
