Managers are approachable and generous with their time.

The quality of managers differs from team to team. Most are great mentors and are very supportive. Feedback can generally be filtered through a few people before it gets to you.

I am satisfied. While sometimes not accessible given the nature of how busy our profession can be, they make great mentors when you are brought into the room. Performance feedback is fairly consistent, and internal communication is excellent.

I have been blown away with the level of mentoring I've received from both partners and SA's. They take the time to explain things in very simple terms and will generally provide me with useful feedback.
