I have heard that my firm pays below market - however, there are opportunities for bonuses, even for junior / entry level lawyers.

I think the pay is fair for a graduate salary and we are well remunerated for our work.

Very odd that future graduates will earn more than current graduates (who will be second year lawyers when future graduates begin). Bonus arrangement means that receiving bonus is dependent largely on quantity of billable work, which is largely out of control of junior lawyers.

I am too early on in my career to receive a bonus. Pay is reasonable.
Graduate, Melbourne - 23 Dec 2022
Quite competitive for a grad role and probably a little more than what I was expecting to receive.

Pay is fairly middle of the road

Graduate, Melbourne - 23 Dec 2022
Special leave for covid which doesn't affect your personal leave. A very progressive parental paid leave policy.
Graduate, Sydney - 22 Dec 2022
Any perks are fairly standard for a firm of this type and size

Good parental leave for down the track. Laptops. Own desk.
