Many formal and informal training opportunities - informal training includes sessions ran in-house by senior members of each team. Formal training opportunities are generally outsourced and run by professionals in each field.

The training is very much learn on the job and develop as you go. Some more structured training initially would be helpful but otherwise its a good starting point.

Different parts of the firm consistently hold training sessions and CLEs for the rest of the firm, meaning that you get to both be an audience member and build your presentation skills by providing a training session.
