Diversity at Gallagher

I'm unsure of any specifics but it seems the work culture is very inclusive which is good.

Office seems quite diverse, unable speak regarding any formal approaches to make this happen

As far as I saw the company wants diversity within its team in order have a well round company culture and corporate experience. Recruitment is taken very seriously and all person are considered important and valued in the company. the company is very flexible with leave and supports retention within the company to keep its employees happy and satisfied.

We have many females in senior roles including our CEO.

Diverse workforce

The broking floor appears to be male dominated. Leadership positions also appear to be male dominated. Not a huge representation of LGBT or different ethnicities.

The company has a good commitment to diversity on all fronts. They've committed to having 50% of the managerial roles occupied by women by 2025 and are very much on track to reach that goal. They celebrate and get involved in Pride month through sponsorships, donations and information sessions. The company could definitely be more committed to hiring ethnic minorities however.

Gallagher is very inclusive and makes a point to prioritise diversity. There are always internal comms on things link celebrating pride, reconciliation week and so on.

The positions available in my company are advertised online on many platforms that are easily accessible to anyone looking for work.

There is plenty of social mobility and opportunities to work from differing locations

Sponsor and donate to causes that benefit less privileged people and bring about awareness of the company, and use that awareness to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds.
