3 stages, one with the recruitment company and two with Gallagher. The two Gallagher stages didn't discuss different things so they could have been made just one.

The interview process was straightforward. I applied through ProForce (a recruitment company) for a role in Corporate Sales. I attended a recruitment day at their office. I was required to do a series of problem solving activities (in a team) and pitch to the manager director of ProForce why I wanted a career in sales. I was then selected by the recruitment company for a first round interview with Gallagher where I met with the head of Talent and Leadership . I was selected to attend a second round interview at Gallagher where I met with Sean Gallagher (head of branches) and Lisbeth Rees (Head of HR). I was then offered the job which I gladly accepted.

I went through a hiring company, where the interview day involved a mix of team exercises, a short individual pitch and an interview. The hiring company then helped me prepare for the interviews with Gallagher. The first interview was with the Head of Talent & Leadership Australia, which is quite a formal interview, and the second interview was with the Australian HR Director and the Head of Branches, which was more of a chat than an interview.

The hiring process was good. I initially went through a recruitment company and then went through two rounds of face to face interviews at Gallagher. The interview process was straight forward and allowed for time in between to consider if you want to move forward in the process if successful.
