Salary at Gallagher

So far the pay has been good, I'm still yet to receive a bonus so I'll be interested to see how this effects my pay and what the future will bring.

Pay for the grad program was slightly higher than I was expecting for a graduate opportunity, but too early to tell moving forward. As for bonuses, we haven't been exposed to this yet, but it seems like there are good incentives for the brokers that have a book/accounts.

For my role currently, I believe my pay reflects it well.

You will get a good bonus depending on your individual and team performance.

Pay is terrific for graduates as it feels more as though being paid to learn and develop so hard to critique it

I think my pay is reasonable for a graduate role. I appreciated having my work acknowledged when I received a bonus.

The pay is okay for an entry level opportunity, and the bonuses are dependent on your team's performance but are usually good. There is plenty of growth in pay as you progress in the company.

I am happy with my wage as an entry level job. I received a bonus and a pay rise after 12 month.

My current Manager provides many perks such as going to the Aus open and F1 as a networking event with insurers. Work hard, play hard is definitely her motto.

Personally, has been free lunches/drinks but more senior people have other opportunities like free tickets, etc.
