Engage in hands-on projects and learn from industry leaders at GE, focusing on gas turbine operations and outage planning.

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Service Operations and outage planning.
  • Gain expertise in gas power plants and turbines.
  • Assist in validating part order numbers and manage OSIP orders, advance releases, and part statuses.
  • Support Customer Portfolio Managers with execution requirements and customer communications.
  • Participate in on-site execution to gain firsthand knowledge of gas turbine operations.

About you

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program in Engineering.
  • Be able to work at the office at least three days per week during the internship.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate inclusivity, creativity, and the courage to drive change.

Career progression

Successful completion of the internship may lead to further opportunities within GE Vernova’s Power, Wind, and Electrification segments.
