Great people, very flat structure and helpful teams!

Matrix hierarchy, flat office environment, can talk to the most senior executives. Depending on office location, people are very friendly and social, could be more company set up activities.

Colleagues are friendly and genuine both in the office and after hours.

Very relaxed.

The employees are always on top of their game regardless of the hours, always professional. There is clearly a culture of maintaining a high standard of behaviour. At least 90% of people I have encountered are extremely helpful, cooperative and personally well natured.

While a very large company, senior leaders frequently participate in mentorship programs and are always approachable.
