Very efficient process. I had 1 AC, 1 interview with HR and 1 interview with a finance manager.

Questions were focused on my future career plans and assessing whether I had the qualities to become a leader at GE.

Situational and relationship based questions.

Why do you want to work for this company, what value will you bring etc.

5-minute pitch-out with 5-minute preparation. Create a concept for an app that would change the company, and pitch it. I cannot remember the rest, but they were standard questions.

Questions relating to impromptu speech and group presentation.

I was mainly asked about myself and how I would see myself at the company.

Be yourself, there is nothing worse than trying to sell something you're not!

Learn about the role and think about why you want to do it, it may not be for everyone.

Know the company and the program you are applying for.

Bring your authentic self.

Practice public speaking, try to gain experience leading and participating in teams.

Be open to relocating and working with various people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Research the company's different businesses.
