Very flexible

Extremely flexible. Very happy with work/life balance.

Company is super flexible which is good. Say if i need to start a bit later i can easily make up the time at the end of the day etc. If i start early i can leave early.

Very flexible when required. I know what I am entitled to and my manager trusts that whether I am working in or out of the office that my quality of work will not suffer. I try to maintain normal working hours of 8:30/9 - 5 but when I have an early or late meeting I know that I can change my day to suit that.

The company doesn't force everyone to come in however 1-2 a week is recommended to bond with others.

My team was very flexible with work hours, which was fantastic. I would love to see GSK offer more part time opportunities though for students wanting to remain in the pharma industry while studying.

GSK believes in maintaining a good work/life balance. You are able to work from home; arrive early and leave early from work - it is quite flexible compared to many other organisations. On Fridays we finish at 4pm!
