As our Development Contributions Coordinator, you will be required to perform a range of administrative duties for the department as well as have your own accountability to aspects of the Development Contributions process.

Reporting to the Development Contributions Programme Manager you will be an essential member of the team and we are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:

  • Professional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to juggle a range of activities and meet deadlines
  • Initiative and solutions focused
  • Systems savvy and confident user of Microsoft office
  • A natural affinity with numbers

Ideally, you will carry experience working in a similar administrative role and have spent time in an environment where reference to policies and procedures is required. You will be maintaining databases and processing applications so attention to detail is a must. Pros

  • Constantly changing environment and some of the people I have met.

  • Extremely supportive environment Fun work place culture Friendly staff.

  • Good people and support from the organization

  • Probably the health insurance; I haven't had to use it yet, but it's nice to know it's there if I need it.
