Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Design and implement a circular economy project with guidance from local council teams.
- Combine theoretical knowledge with creative thinking to develop innovative solutions.
- Work 10 hours weekly during semesters and up to 30 hours during holidays.
- Engage in a mix of remote and office work.
About you
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Enthusiasm for waste prevention and circular economy principles.
- Strong organizational skills and project management abilities.
- A Class 1 Driver’s Licence (Restricted or Full).
- Enrollment in a tertiary study program in the Waikato region for 2025.
- New Zealand citizenship or residency.
