Our managers generally are our co-workers, and they are approachable. However, it is more of about the time of everyone. Everyone is generally busy, so managers sometimes won't be able to keep track. But there is weekly meetings though to have small discussions. I just think there should be more visibility, and not just that, but also more actions that can be taken or done if there are concerns. Because it is easy to talk about concerns with managers, but kind of hard to have any actions done about concerns.
