The Recruitment team is very accommodating and approachable. I find the hiring process of the team to be very inclusive and impartial. They give fair chances not only to those who have work experience but to fresh graduates who are just starting up their careers.

HR team provides a systematic interview process from initial assessment to the final hiring steps. They also give feedback and sets timeline so that the applicant will be advised on what to do and what to expect.

The recruitment team's process typically begins with an initial phone interview. If successful, the next stage is a face-to-face/online interview with your team manager and the hiring manager to assess if your skills and experience match with what they are looking for. There's a technical assessment as well to see how you work. After that, when you pass, the job will be offered to you.

I started as an intern in our company so the hiring process was a bit different for me. I took 6 months of internship, and fortunately, based on my performance, I was offered a trainee position once my internship ended (in short, I was absorbed). But for how the assessments actually go, hiring team would of course look into your background, knowledge, and determination to work on the company. I do think the hiring standards that our company has is fair enough, nothing too "unattainable". It's more focused on your capability and willingness to work and learn.

Process wise, Hitachi excels in making interviews as compact as possible. Hiring process will only have 1 technical interview with a panel and HR interview. Once you pass that you will be able to go on the negotiations of the salary package.

The interview process was straight forward I didn't have to go through unnecessary steps also the questions were aligned to my responsibility. The hiring process went smooth I was able to request for my start date and whenever I had any questions regarding the hiring process the HR were quick to respond.

The recruiter will contact you to assess the candidates' skills and experience. Following this, the candidate will have a technical interview which lasts in less than an hour. If the candidate passed, the candidate would have a final interview that the interviewer usually within the leadership role. Finally, they will send you the job offer.

My interview was way back when I was an intern. Since I was a developer/programmer, most of the questions were about which programming languages I know, and other technical-related questions.

Technical questions related to the product of AX and the knowledge base with Microsoft Technologies.

Common questions: "How did you know about the company?", "What skills do you think you can offer to the table?"

I remember discussing my skill sets, as well as my current and previous work experiences.

Some of the questions asked were (1) What is my creative process? (2) How do I handle stress? (3) What are the design tools I am using (4) Can you work with a team or can work on your own.

About working role only

During HR interview I was asked about my background and about my previous experience. On my technical interview I was asked about the most difficult task I did on my previous work and about CRM Sales Process.

On the initial interview, you will discuss about introduction and past experiences on your current employer. For the technical interview, the interviewer will ask you a series of questions related to your job role that you are applying. Lastly for the final interview, it's all about discussion if the candidate fits on the role as well as if the candidate can adjust on the company culture.

Be honest in selling yourself, the HR officers are knowledgeable and can see talent within your answers.

Always make sure to know the company's background. Create a portfolio that can highlight your skills and experience.

Be honest about your capabilities. Your seniors will always be willing to teach you more about your job and role if you're open to accepting feedback and criticism. Don't take things personally if it involves you improving your career and skills as a professional overall.

Be prepared to showcase your skills, whether soft of technical skills.

Just know the path you want and be honest about your plans.

Be prepared for the technical interview as well as be completely honest if you're not familiar with the question or topic at hand and emphasize that you are willing to be trained to learn it.

Candidates should prepare their answers according to their portfolio to easily gauge their potential.

I think best prepare first on your actual background and knowledge. Be well-prepared for questions related to your desired role. Also, of course show the willingness to learn and gain more experience in the company.

As long as the applicant is comfortable with their skills and abilities, they have nothing to worry about.

Be confident and truthful with your answer, the HR and technical interviewer won't ask hard questions they would just ask questions regarding your previous working experience/technical processes that if you know confidently they would know how capable you are.

Understand the role that you are applying and listen very well to the interviewer

Present yourself formally and speak smart. Highlight your life achievements that are related to the work you are applying for and best highlight the character that shows that you are a capable and smart individual.

They should know about the position they are applying for such as its responsibilities and the technology/tools involved in it.
