Culture at Holcim

I love this company's culture. My managers have always become friends and even after I move on to a new rotation in a new area of the business we still catch up regularly and keep in contact. There is a clear hierarchy when it comes to approvals, etc., but socially everyone gets along really well.

Office culture is normal, quite social. Not much outside of the office.

Too much focus on corporate image. Slow moving.

Culture within the organisation is good during work hours, everyone is willing to lend a hand if you're struggling. Outside of work hours there is very little culture, however between the graduates we are all very close.
