I feel that I am given opportunities which challenge me but that I am surrounded by a lot of support. This makes my work interesting and I feel that I am always learning and developing my skills.

I love the corporate work I do and find it really interesting. I also feel like I am doing a good job which gives me confidence and appreciate the feedback I receive. I don't feel stressed or overworked/overwhelmed but still feel challenged and am learning more with every task I do. It's the perfect balance!

Pros

  • The team is really relaxed and easy to work with. The firm is social and there is lots to do/get involved in.

  • Good culture and team support. Good opportunities to learn and grow.

  • The team and workplace culture. I feel very lucky to be working with colleagues who are highly skilled at what they do and who are committed to supporting the learning and development of those around them.

  • The workplace culture and opportunities are given to you to excel.

  • The culture, everyone gets along very well.

Cons

    • Lawyers can have quite strong personalities and sometimes people will clash

    • Some assistance and supervision from seniors would be great (especially during the first few weeks of work),

    • At times there is some tension when people become stressed.

    • Nothing.
