I really enjoy the aspect of going to court and learning lots of new things.
I feel that I am given opportunities which challenge me but that I am surrounded by a lot of support. This makes my work interesting and I feel that I am always learning and developing my skills.
I love the corporate work I do and find it really interesting. I also feel like I am doing a good job which gives me confidence and appreciate the feedback I receive. I don't feel stressed or overworked/overwhelmed but still feel challenged and am learning more with every task I do. It's the perfect balance!

The culture, everyone gets along very well.
Lawyers can have quite strong personalities and sometimes people will clash
Some assistance and supervision from seniors would be great (especially during the first few weeks of work),
At times there is some tension when people become stressed.
Nothing.
