The interview process was very extensive and there was too long between stages and I believe many good candidates could be lost during this process.

Similar to many other hiring processes. Psychometric testing, one way interviews, two way interview and an opportunity to speak directly with HR and the graduate coordinator was a bonus.

The process can be quite slow in the beginning from sending in an application to then doing an online video question response. After that you do psychometric testing, in person interview and if you are successful have a pre health assessment.
