I do not know if bonuses are received in the company, I believe the initial graduate salary is very generous compared to other graduate positions.

Pay is competitive with other similar roles.

Barely any pay rise given to graduates. Graduates should be getting the biggest pay rises with each year of experience, as we start off with such low salaries. Currently, first second and third year graduates all get very similar salaries.
