About the role

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Site preparation prior to commencement
• Ensuring adherence to project specifications & program
• Ordering materials
• Health and Safety
• Subcontractor management
• Interaction with architects, engineers and consultants
• Preparing site reports
• Ensuring the package is delivered on time and to quality of brief
• Utilising Buildertrend
• Skills and experience

Applicants will have to demonstrate that they possess the following:

• 3+ years of site management experience in NZ
• Have a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to get up to speed quickly to help deliver the project
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate and engage effectively in a team, with strong oral communication skills.
