Candidates should have the following Skills & Experience:
- A relevant tertiary qualification- NDAT, BArch or similar
- An understanding of NZBC, NZS3604, Building Consent processes, AUP
- Revit or Archicad skills essential
- Excellent verbal, written and graphical communication skills
- A valid New Zealand working permit (WorkVisa/PR/Citizen)
- A valid and clear New Zealand driving license
