The best thing about Jarden is how supported the company has made me feel in both an educational and personal sense. We have received unfettered access to any learning facilities that we need and have been provided with world-class training programs to provide us with the tools to successfully begin our careers. Additionally, the team has always ensured that our personal development is the highest priority and provided us with the autonomy to think for ourselves. Moreover, the team ensures that we are personally tracking towards our goals and managing the stressors that come with a new career appropriately.
Fantastic training is provided, and I learn so much on the job. The company culture is also great.
Great colleagues, and a supportive working environment that is conducive to learning.
Being amongst a team of incredibly hardworking, motivated, and talented individuals who are also very personable is one of my favorite aspects of my job. Whether it be working alongside them or general daily conversations amongst people in other teams, it really makes you appreciate the day-to-day aspect of work. In addition, closely collaborating with senior executives across a diverse spectrum of companies represents an extraordinary opportunity as a junior being a truly distinctive aspect of this role.
Quality of the people, the engagement of junior staff across the ๏ฌoor (including across teams), the quality of the training (and the ability to do it overseas in NZ), and the quality of the projects we get to advise on.
Jarden has made the transition for the start of my career feel very smooth and I have nothing to comment on this question.
Nothing immediately comes to mind. I work in an environment with people who not only value the work I produce but also are there to teach and support me on a day-to-day basis.
Perhaps hours - but comes with the job.
The usual drawbacks of banking, however it is likely much better at Jarden than elsewhere.
The worst thing is sometimes losing control of your schedule because, in a fast-paced environment, new things pop up all the time.
