Corporate Social Responsibility at Johnstaff

In my time at Johnstaff they have run various training/ educational sessions on mental health and cultural diversity. They have also continued to support staff initiatives such as the great cycle challenge to raise funds for kids with cancer.

Johnstaff supports numerous community initiatives, holding fundraising events for causes such as Loud Shirt Day, Australia's Biggest Morning Tea and International Women's Day.

Johnstaff are involved in numerous fundraisers and charity days with the aim to give back to the local community. One of the volunteer days I was involved in was a Christmas lunch provided to the local community of Woolloomooloo in conjunction with the local church.

I am again not closely related to this part of the business but particularly working on government projects this is key in winning the jobs. Exercising a high level of CSR is important for the reputation of the government. I also know Johnstaff invests time and money into mental health, and many charities that are close to employee's hearts.
